No, I am not turning into a food blogger… There are so many out there, really good ones, that I don’t ever want to compete with them.
But this palak paneer I made for lunch simply could not go unclicked…
Its so simple.. so easy., and the best thing is you hardly need ingredients that isn’t in your refrigerator.
All you’ll need to do is,
- Heat a little oil in the pan, add one small onion (cut lengthwise) and add the spices that our Indian cuisine simply can’t be imagined without like cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander and red-chilli powders and a pinch of asafoetida.
- Then add a teaspoon of ginger and garlic (minced please!)
- Add the blanched (don’t forget to blended it into a paste..) spinach (one big bundle).
- Add the garam masala in the end and dunk in the Indian cheese!
PS: Take care not to burn any of the spices and needless to mention, please add salt!
